Tony Watson, MBA
With over 15 years running and developing GPO’s and transforming clinics, hospitals, and community care facilities, Tony has a unique skill set that is difficult to find.
His expertise is in driving GPO benefit maximization, value realization, and change management for medical practices and hospitals. Over the past 15 years he has worked with all specialties and classes of trade to reduce cost, create efficiencies, and challenge assumptions. His approach is customer focused and based on three simple words – Honesty – Partnership – Communication. While the words may be simple it is difficult to duplicate the success he has achieved. He believes that one should never sacrifice tomorrow for today.
Tony has 15 years’ experience with VHA, Provista, and Medassets. Most recently he was VP of Sales and Development for Medassets alternate care program. Prior to Medassets he worked for VHA Southeast developing their non-acute program that was sold to the corporate office in early 2015. While with VHA SE he created channel partnerships, developed marketing collateral, expanded sales, developed international programs, assisted hospital C-suites with physician integration and care coordination, and developed VHA SE into the most successful non-acute division of Provista.
Tony joined Buygility as CEO in 2016.
He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children. He is a professional soccer fan.
David M. Coussens MD, FACS
Dave Coussens is the founder and President of Buygility and has been a practicing Urologist since 1993. He has been active in the administrative aspects of the largest Urology practice in Arkansas for over two decades.
As an honors graduate in Chemistry from Hendrix College, he attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and also did his residency in Urology at Vanderbilt.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Urologic Association, and the Arkansas Medical Society, in addition to numerous other professional associations.
He is married with two children. He enjoys fly-fishing and is an avid college football fan.
E. Scot Davis, MPA, MBA
Chief Executive Officer, Arkansas Urology
E. Scot Davis is a Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Urology joining the clinic in May of 2013. He has over 22 years of physician practice management experience serving in a variety of roles with expertise in physician recruitment, joint venture arrangements, compensation modeling and operational efficiency. Scot also serves as the managing partner of Uroventures, LLC, a management development company owned by independent urology physicians, that seeks out innovative clinical ventures. Additionally, he is also a partner in Epoch Health Franchise Company, LLC that owns the intellectual property of Epoch Health, a urology-owned men’s health company that partners with other urology practices throughout the U.S.
Before moving to Little Rock, Scot was the Chief Financial Officer of Baptist Medical Group based in Memphis and prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Northeast Arkansas Clinic in Jonesboro, also serving in an interim Chief Operating Officer capacity.
Scot is a member of the Arkansas Medical Group Management Association and the American Medical Group Association. In 1999 he received the Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation from the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Scot has been active in leadership and community organizations across Arkansas and Tennessee and is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Jonesboro. He is a current member of Rotary Club of Little Rock – Club 99.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Scot received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from Memphis State University and a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University.
David DePoyster, MBA
V.P. of Development & Managing Partner
David DePoyster is an innovator with over 20 years of experience in medical company sales and development. He began his career in orthopedic implant sales and gradually began to invest in and develop medical ventures. David is currently an adjunct instructor for the University of Central Arkansas and has written a textbook on medical sales published by The University Press.
David owns MedSource, Inc. a medical venture development company with a portfolio of companies specializing in pharmaceuticals, surgical implants, OEM products, and physician ventures. He also owns Multiline Medical, LLC which distributes and consults for various medical companies with an emphasis in orthopedics, neuro, pain management and podiatry.
