Nothing. The costs of Buygility are paid for by an administrative fee which is paid by distributors and sometimes manufacturers to group purchasing organizations. These are normal industry fees and are regulated by federal guidelines for group purchasing organizations. Buygility does not mark up the costs of goods and services which you purchase under our contracts.

There are none.

No. Orders are placed as one normally would through a distributor, the service provider, or directly from the manufacturer.

There are no obligations. Our distributors and service providers do require a signed Buygility member agreement to offer their reduced pricing.

No. As an affiliate of a national group purchasing organization (GPO), our contracting footprint is nationwide.

Buygility has selected strategic partners that allow us to serve healthcare organizations that range from single provider to hospital systems/IDN’s and businesses from one to any size.

We are not a distributor, supplier, or a buying club. You don’t order through us and we never handle your money. Our savings come from agreements with distributors and vendors that allow you to get a reduced price for the goods and services sold by those distributors and vendors through this program.

It depends on the product. Most suppliers require a declaration form “dec form” to give you access to their discounted pricing. These are automatically created and submitted in the Buygility sign up process. It will then take a varying period (normally a few days to a month) for the pricing to go into effect.
