What is a GPO?
A GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) leverages the purchasing power of a group of businesses in order to obtain discounts from suppliers on the collective buying power of its members.
What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join our GPO or use our contracts. There is no purchasing minimum or contract commitment. This is a risk-free, cost savings opportunity.
Who can become a member of Buygility?
Any healthcare and any non-healthcare business. We serve a wide range of industries. Our roots began in non-acute healthcare (physician offices, surgery centers, long term care, etc) but we have expanded to bring cost savings to other industries including commercial, education, hospitality, entertainment, etc.
How does it work?
We leverage the volume of the entire purchasing group, giving you the best selection and lowest prices. Buygility empowers our members by providing cost effective solutions for your everyday needs. Working with our GPO partner, Premier, Buygility leverages $84 in purchasing power and enables our members to access an industry-leading purchasing portfolio of over 3300 contracts with 1500+ suppliers. As a Buygility member, you’ll gain access to a growing list of more than 3,300 supplier contracts. Do I have to place my orders through Buygility?
No! Buygility has contracts with more than 1,500 suppliers, including some you may already use. You can keep all your same distributors and manufacturers! You will never order from or pay Buygility. Orders are placed as one normally would through a distributor, the service provider, or directly from the manufacturer. No changes required, only savings opportunities.

What are the ongoing fees and/or obligations to my practice/business to continue to participate in Buygility?
You will never receive an invoice from services and contracts provided by Buygility. This is a free program no matter how much, how little or how long you access savings. There are no obligations. Our distributors and service providers do require a signed Premier and Buygility member agreement to offer their reduced pricing.
What savings can I expect from a GPO?
How much you save depends on the needs of your organization. Savings will vary depending on the volume of purchases, how many contracts are connected and how many categories are utilized. How do I apply?
Buygility’s enrollment is 100% online, fast and easy. You can click here to access the enrollment page. Once you complete your enrollment agreement, it takes 24-48 hours to receive your membership number. Once you’re enrolled our team will reach out to discuss areas of cost savings for your business.
